Are you insured?

BPS is a broker of services that guarantees contract or bid compliance and completion. We do have our regular cleaners but also have the ability to insure multiple contractors. Our insurance is very specific to include contractor coverage.  If we take the job then it is insured at the following levels:

General Liability Insurance

2 million Aggregate Limits

1 million Products and Completed Operations Aggregate

1 million Each Occurrence

Workers’ Compensation

$100,000 Each Accident

$500,000 Disease-Policy Limit

$100,000 Disease-Each Employee

Bonding

$10,000 Personal Honesty Bond – Each Employee

What is the range of services you provide?

BPS is responsible for approximately 1000 addresses in Lubbock as the contract property manager/maintenance. While most have leasing agents, we handle move - in and move - out cleaning. In many cases full make ready services are completed.  For specific contracts we can touch-up paint etc. We can design a solution for almost any building. 

We also manage approximately 100 rental homes and duplexes in the Lubbock area.

We maintain Texas Boys Ranch, Allied Waste, Labatt Food Service among others to show a commercial range from offices to warehouse. The chapel at Texas Boys Ranch is a point of pride for five year employee Ken Compton.

We have an excellent medical cleaning program and though those are confidential we can prove experience upon request by medical facilities.

For law offices and other smaller environments we offer a competent and economical solution. Law office references are available.
