Are you insured?

BPS does big and small projects. We have General Liability, Personal Honesty Bonds and Workman's Compensation that also covers sub-contractors.

Do you have references?

All who use us have the choice to do so or choose another service. We will send references that are positive from a few customers . We prefer to protect our customers privacy.  We clean some of the most expensive homes in Lubbock and protect their privacy as well as the smallest apartment dwellers.  We do guarantee our work!

Do you do background checks?

All cleaners go through a background check whether they clean exclusively for BPS or are sub-contractors.  We currently use U.S. Search which provides local and national background information.

Is it just one cleaner?

Usually if it is a regular residential cleaning then one cleaner is assigned to the house. If they require help another may be sent.

How long do they stay?

It depends on the house and the condition of it but three hours is typical.

How do you price houses?

In most cases BPS is less expensive than other large services because our cleaners bid the jobs. We also discount regular cleaning on a weekly or twice a month schedule because while the condition of the home continually improves we are able to schedule items that might all be included in a one time service.

We are competitive on one time cleanings and very reasonable on make ready cleaning because that is our speciality.
